RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via USPS, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. Your Shipping Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on orders made Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
TAXES & DUTIES
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Norma Hill Designs is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.
Thank you for making your purchase with Norma Hill Designs. More than anything, we want you to love your purchased goods. Website orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange IF returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items that were purchased, need to be returned in the same, "sell-able" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for returned purchases.
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
- Product must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
- Product must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
- When an item is returned, shipping charges are not refunded. You are responsible for the costs of shipping any item back to us.
HOW SHOULD I SEND MY PURCHASES BACK FOR A REFUND?
Neatly repackage your items with receipt that came with your purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUND TIME
If your return is post marked in the 14-day return window and meets the guidelines above, your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment, within 7 business days. We will send a refund confirmation with your return invoice as soon as the return is processed. *Some banks require additional days to process returns.
